Lidderwat

The Valley is an extension between the Kolahoi and Tarsar Ranges and offers a base camp for the Kolahoi glacier, Tarsar, and Marsar, along with a number of peaks and various different high-altitude lakes. It is a meeting point between two rivers coming from the Tarsar, Marsar, and Kolahoi glaciers, it gives rise to the Lidder River, hence the name Lidderwat. Lidderwat is a lush green valley that attracts a large number of Shepherds who take their herds to this valley during the summer for grazing.
